These distance specific strength training programs are designed to accompany your run goal training plan. All Running Divas Run Plans will include strength training once to twice a week. There are three levels of training to choose from. Dynamic stretches are provided to begin your session and static stretches to finish your workout.
Our strength workouts are designed to target specific areas of the body for effective results. Upper body and core workouts are recommended during the taper weeks of your run training plan.
