Running Divas Marathon 16 Week Advanced Training Plan with parkrun. 


This program is designed and written by Advanced Run Coach, Erica King.  This plan is for advanced runners who have run a minimum of 2 marathons.  This is NOT suitable for your first marathon.  You need to be able to run 14kms to start this program. 


The plan provided includes Advanced Strength Program including Dynamic and Static Stretches. You can change the order of days of your programmed sessions to suit you.  Your Training will include two strength sessions, one cross training, three run sessions (sprint intervals, parkrun & long run) and one rest day.
