Running Divas Marathon 12 Week Advanced Time Focussed Training Plan with parkrun.
This program is designed and written by Advanced Run Coach, Erica King. This plan is for advanced runners looking for a challenge. This is NOT suitable for your first marathon. You need to be able to run 12kms steady to start this program.
The plan provided includes Advanced Strength Program including Dynamic and Static Stretches. This program focusses on time for your long run, not distance. Your Training will include two strength sessions, one cross training, three run sessions (intervals, parkrun & long run) and one rest day.
