Running Divas Half Marathon 12 Week Advanced Time Focussed Training Plan. 


This program is designed and written by Advanced Run Coach, Erica King.  This plan is for advanced runners only.  This is NOT suitable for your first half marathon.  You need to be able to run 12kms to start this program. 


The plan provided includes Advanced Strength Program including Dynamic and Static Stretches. You will need to set your finish time and then work out what your race pace has to be to achieve this goal time.  Your Training will include two strength sessions, four run sessions (hill sprints & speed focus sessionsl) and one rest day.
