Running Divas Half Marathon 9 Week Advanced Express Training Plan.
This program is designed and written by Advanced Run Coach, Erica King. This plan is for advanced runners only. This is NOT suitable for your first half marathon. You need to be able to run 12kms at a steady pace to start this program.
The plan provided includes Advanced Strength Program including Dynamic and Static Stretches. Your Training will include two strength sessions, one cross training, three run sessions (hill sprints, sprint intervals and long run with speed interval) and one rest day.
